Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 31, 2026
This policy explains what data Nexus Hub ("Nexus Hub", "we", "us") collects when you use our service at nexushubsocial.com and our desktop application, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Data we collect
- Account data you provide: your name and the contact details you give us.
- Data from connected platforms, only after you authorize it through the platform's official sign-in (Instagram, YouTube/Google, TikTok): your public profile information (account name, username, account identifier, profile picture), your follower or subscriber count, the number of posts or videos, and performance statistics of your own content (for example views, likes, comments and shares).
- Access tokens: the authorization tokens issued by each platform so that Nexus Hub can act on your behalf within the permissions you approved. We never receive or store your platform passwords.
- Content you upload: videos, titles, descriptions and hashtags you prepare in Nexus Hub for publication.
- Technical data: basic logs (such as timestamps and error messages) needed to operate and secure the service.
2. How we use data
We use the data only to provide the features you request: connecting your accounts, publishing and scheduling your content, and showing you statistics about your own accounts. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties except the platform you are publishing to and the infrastructure providers that host our service under confidentiality obligations.
3. Google and YouTube
Nexus Hub's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. By using the YouTube features of Nexus Hub, you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke Nexus Hub's access to your Google account at any time in your Google security settings.
4. TikTok and Instagram
When you connect a TikTok or Instagram account, we access only the permissions you approve on TikTok's or Instagram's authorization screen, and we use them only for the purposes above. You can remove Nexus Hub's access in the app settings of TikTok or Instagram at any time.
5. Storage and security
Access tokens are encrypted before being stored. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure.
6. Retention and deletion
- When you disconnect an account in Nexus Hub, its access tokens are deleted and, where the platform allows it, the authorization is revoked.
- You can ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to [email protected]. We will delete your account data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
8. Children
Nexus Hub is not intended for people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will inform you in the application or by email.
